Warm-up:
IC (unless otherwise stated)
SSH x 30
TTT x 20
Arm circles fwd/rev x 15

Lets Mosey to the Waters Edge building.

The Thang:
B.L.I.M.P.S w/climbing stairs

Burpees x 5

Lunges x 10 (each leg)

Imperial Walkers (both legs)

Merkins x 20

Plank Jacks x 25

Squats x 30

After you complete a rotation, run up three flights of stairs and back down the other side.  Rinse & Repeat until we ran out of time.

Mosey back to AO

Circle up for Mary

Flutters – each PAX does 10 on a 4 count while other PAX goes up on even down on odd numbers keeping your legs up until everyone in the circle completes 10

Done!
