TTT x 20 IC
Arm Circles (forward and back) x 15 IC
IW x 15 IC
Both you and partner do each exercises. Once you and your partner complete a set sprint down Main Street to the stop sign and mosey back. Rinse and repeat for 30 minutes.
10 Diamond Merkins
10 Step-ups (each leg)
20 Leg lifts (do not touch the ground)
After 30 minutes we moseyed over to the playground.
As a team you and your partner do 200 knees ups. While one partner is doing knees ups the other is planking. Switch on and off.
Mosey back to the flag.
