Dabo’s pre-Thanksgiving Q

Conditions: 58 and no sign of the Q, I’ll get us started, no way he won’t show its Dabo.

SSH x 25 IC

TTT x 15

AC x 15 both ways

Still no Dabo so lets Mosey toward downtown

Lunge Walk across bridge, Mosey to next bridge for the thang.

DORA

Partner up, partner 1 runs to intersection and back to bridge while partner 2 does work for cumulative numbers of below exercises.

50 Burpees

100 Derkins (feet on the bridge)

50 Burpees

150 Merkins

10 Count, mosey to COTC

Circle up for LT Dan, 4 Lunges to 1 Squat (each leg is one) up to 40 Lunges to 10 Squats.

30 Dips on the OYO.  Mosey back to the Basketball Court for Mary

4 MOM

Flutters x 30 IC

Back Scratchers x 20 IC

American Hammer x 20 IC (called by Stones)

LBC’s x 100 (60 called by Shingles, 40 called by Peaches)

DONE!

-We started with no Flag and came back to a Flag and Donuts, wonder who dropped them?  Dabo was sick so it couldn’t have been him?
