Warm Up – Day 12 – Dabo – Joint Suffering – We may not be running a marathon, but we will suffer along with those guys…

This was a workout featuring Burpee pyramids and Lt. Dans done on marathon day. I borrowed the warm up. (Actually cut and paste the following)

  • Warm Up all IC

  • Let’s Move, its freaking freezing out here…
  • Indian Run to Church of the Cross around the track

The Thang – Day 13 – Paris – Traveling Bombs down Calhoun hoping to stay warm.

  • 20 Overhead Claps

Day 14 – Sawed Off – Channeling my inner Dabo

Day 15 – Judge Judy – NO BACKBLAST – SHAME

Day 16 – Star Wars Q – Joker & Urkel – F4 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith, and the Force

PAX completed their Jedi training including Imperial Walkers, Yoda Carries, J.E.D.I.’s, and a celebration of Admiral Ackbar. The I in Jedi stood for Imperial Squat Walkers.

    • Joker disputes that these can be done in a 4 count. He is wrong.

Day 17 – Run Day

The PAX came together not only for a run, but also to bring together gifts for local families in need.

Day 18 – Dabo – Another Saturday – I’ll do it…

This workout featured an interrupted merkin mile and some catch me if you can.

  • Partner up except for one trio
  • Catch me if you can
  • 1 PAX runs
  • Other does 5 merkins
  • 2nd PAX catches up to 1st and tags him
  • 1st PAX does 5 merkins
  • 1st PAX catches up to 2nd and tags him
  • 2nd PAX does 5 merkins
  • repeat for a lap

Day 19 – Cropduster – NO BACKBLAST – SHAME

  • 5 Burpees – 5 Overhead Claps – 5 Merkins – 5 BBSU – 5 Squats
  • Run to Fence

  • Run back to track

Day 20 – Chomp – Bricks and Balls

This workout included Balls, Blocks, Big Boys, Bus Loops, and Bearcrawls.

  • BTTW – in this weather we could get very close to that wall

Day 21 – Stones – NO BACKBLAST – SHAME

Stones made a promise that there would not be more than 40 Burpees. 14 sound like 40.

Day 22 – Cropduster – NO BACKBLAST – SHAME

This WO followed the defeat of Coach K’s beloved Tarheels to the Terriers of Wofford, at home no less. YHC thought this might be his last workout. It ended with a run through the bleachers where YHC and the other 6’s got separated from the group and tried to jump the fence to get caught back up. The landing did not go well, and I limped back to the pad.

  • No bleachers here so lets do 10 step ups each leg on the benches

Day 23 – Run Day

Judy put it out on FB (not Twitter to the dismay of Stones) that the P200 team with the most representatives would get the ornament. No team was well represented. We had about 14 of the 60 P200 PAX. So YHC came up with the ornament above noting the complete lack of team 4.

Day 24 – Buckeye – 12 Days of F3

Buckeye led his 2nd Annual 12 Days of F3 we had several 2.0’s with us for this one. You need to do this one. Let’s do Day 12

On the twelfth day of F3 my Q gave to me:

  • 12 Double Merkin Burpees
  • 11 Mountain Climbers (ea leg)
  • 10 Donkey Kicks and a 10-count
  • 9 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 8 8-Count Bodybuilders
  • 7 Starjacks
  • 6 Garden Variety Burpees
  • 5 Smurf Jacks and Monkey Humpers
  • 40 yards of Bear Crawling
  • 3 Jumping Lunges (ea. leg)
  • 2 High Jump Squats
  • and a Prisoner Cell Merkin Burpee

Mary – Day 25 – Christmas Day – Joker

YHC had the Q for this one, but woke up Christmas Morning in the Burn Unit of Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta. Joker was kind enough to take the Q for me. I gave him the last 5 minutes of this one for Mary

Moleskin

  • 2017 has been a year of great growth for F3 Lowcountry with 2 more AO’s and many new PAX. Let’s blow it away in 2018!
  • YHC accomplished many goals this year:
    • 6 different AO’s in 6 days (3 times)
    • 6 consecutive 6 for 6’s
    • 38 consecutive posts
    • Complete a Sprint Triathalon
    • Run an official 5K
    • 2 part Q
  • In 2018 I want to:
    • Post to all 5 Lowcountry AO’s in 5 consecutive days
    • Run a half marathon
    • A 5K under 25 minutes
    • Break 27 consecutive posts (I’ve gotten to 27 three times since 38, but never 28)
    • Do a Ruck event with my “other brothers” in Anderson
  • I cannot express to you all what this group means to me, and I appreciate all of you so very much. Special thanks to the PAX who keep encouraging me, and also to Gambit for his special way.
  • Each of you brings something to the group and we need you. Stick with it, bring back some of those we haven’t seen for a while, and bring in some FNG’s.
  • Let’s make 2018 the biggest and best year yet!
