Dark Tunnel 11’s, plus…

CONDITIONS:

59 degrees, humid, steady breeze SSW @ 10kts ( a nice break from the cold ).

PAX:

JV, Chumbucket, Shingles, Cookies, Postal, La-Z-Boy, Spaulding, Narco, Spaghetti-O, Nae Nae, Squid-QIC

WARM UP:

SSH x 30

TTT x 15

AC x 15 fwd/rev

IW x 15

Mosey to the tunnel.

THANG:

11’s: PAX due 1 Burpee and then run the wooden bridge under US278, toward Palmetto Dunes. On the other side, complete 10 Jump Squats and continue the progression, finishing with 10 Burpees and 1 Jump Squat.

Mosey over to the Watersedge building. Complete 10 Merkins and 10 Big Boy Sit-Ups then run the stairs; rinse and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Mosey back to the flag.

2 MOM:

In line, the first PAX counts out 10 Flutter Kicks, the other PAX do Leg Lifts. Moving down the line, we continue until all PAX have had a chance to call cadence for Flutter Kicks. (The Q did a poor job of explaining/instructing here…apologies).

I had to take the Q this morning to make myself complete the workout. Aches, pains, poor attitude, yadayadayada…thanks for the push. We have a great group of men and we’re growing! It’s fun to see everyone progressing. I’m always humbled by this group.
