PAX: Hard Hat (QIC), JV, Bart Man, Go Daddy, Spalding, Shingles, Cookies, Narco, Nay Nay, Chumbucket, Spicoli
Warm Up: 20 TTT, 20 Arm Circles x2, 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Imperial walkers
Mosey around Kroger and headed to the supply depots.
The Thang: Each man had a concrete block and we did 10 rounds of 10 shoulder press into 10 crossfit pushups. Great burn!!!
We then formed up and did an Indian run. After the lead man ran twice the group did 20 air squats and 10 burpees.
MOM: Partner up and did 30 leg lifts with the partners providing resistance. That wasn’t enough so we did 40 more. We then did 30 seconds of 5 different tummy exercises.
