CONDITIONS: 

50 degrees, partly cloudy with a light breeze out of the south.

PAX:

Cookies, Spaghetti-O, FNG (Brutus), Meat Gazer-QIC

WARM UP:

SSH x 25 IC

TTT x 10 IC

WM x 10 IC

IW x 10 IC

THANG:

1st mile

Burpee Mile : mosey as a group along our 1 mile route with 4 stops as we perform 12 Burpees for a total of 48 Burpees.

after 1st mile 25 dips at fountain

2nd mile

Merkin Mile: mosey as a group along our 1 mile route with 4 stops as we perform 25 merkins at two stops and 30 merkins at final two stops.

after 2nd mile 25 dips at fountain

3rd mile

last mosey mile to end our ode’ to the P200 BROTHERS.

WRAP UP the miles with 2 minutes of the Peoples Air Chair and a 1/4 lap around loop of Lunges (bartman style feel the burn).

MARY:

PLANK up, down plank, Right arm to the sky, Left arm to the sky, 40 flutters, 20 LBC’s.

and finished

COT:

 

PAX had unspoken prayers, in addition to the health and strength of our P200 Brothers.

MOLESKINE:

Extra push was made to burn calories prior to Wingfest.

Great to work out with these men, looking forward to the P200 Stories and participants to rejoin us.  We were fortunate enough to have a FNG join us for the Saturday butt kickin’.

He made it clear he was U of Michigan fan and we made it clear he would be named after the Ohio State Univ mascot “Brutus”

Welcome Brutus.

It’s always a privilege to lead this group. I’m thankful for it everyday.
