Round 1

1.)Incline Merkins on Q’s count x10

2.)Dips x10

3.)Plank ups Q’s count x10

4.)Inch Worm x10

5.) Merkins x10

6.) Plank Jacksx10

7.) Shoulder taps Q’s count x10

8.) Diamond Merkins x10

9.)    Lateral planks 5 to the left / 5 to the right

10.)  10 Burpees

to finish set, bear crawl chase around circle and back to position.

Round 2

Mosey around loop RINSE AND REPEAT.

Repeat set 1-10. Bear crawl

Mosey around loop RINSE AND REPEAT

Round 3

Repeat 1-10 add bonus 5 to each workout.

Bear Crawl back to position and then Reverse and bear crawl opposite direction around circle.  Additional crawl was a PAX favorite mumble chatter enjoyed by Q.

Great push.  Hardhat kept it interesting stealing his sons Razor to aid in running on injured leg.

Great to work out with these men, looking forward to the next work out.
