Lets Mosey to the Bridge, Duck Walk across, Mosey to COTC.

50 Dips OYO, Mosey to Dubois Park

Thang:

Partner up DORA 1-2-3-4 with focus on quality of Reps. Run around Park while partner does exercise except for Pull-ups.

Pull-ups x 100 with Partner, get full rep in with help of partner.  Do 10 each together then make lap

Hand-release Merkins x 150

BBSU x 100

Squats x 250 or until time (touch ground with your hands to ensure full rep)

Ran out of time.
