  • Joker and Urkel have a tendency to talk a lot during a Saturday workout, so Yo-Yo was essential to keeping count.
  • I was originally going to dedicate this workout to Snowflake, but Saturday mornings have been a challenge for him.
  • You guys who are fartsacking for these Saturday workouts are missing out
  • I am up to 91 posts for the year, I am still on pace to make 218 in 2018. I have only posted to #theBuck in the past two weeks. I will have to fix that on Monday
  • The bruising on my shoulders is almost gone, I guess it is time to sign up for another ruck!
