2 Lines – Indian Run to King Neptune
Ring of Fire – PAX circle up around King Neptune and assume the Derkin position. Hold the plank while every PAX one at time does 2 Derkins. Once around the circle increase to 4 Derkins, around the circle again, then 6, then 8, then 10.
Mosey over to Water’s Edge building
YHC arrived on site earlier and relocated the blocks to Water’s Edge. Mumble chatter on how those blocks got here.
Partner up…one block per team. Partner A does exercise while Partner B runs up the three flights of stairs and down the other side. The block is always moving…either doing the exercise or going up and down the stairs
100 Curls w/ the block
200 Shoulder Press on your back w/ the block
300 Alternating Shoulder Taps (each shoulder = half rep). The block is climbing the stairs
400 Squats – PAX can choose whether to use the block performing the squat or take it up the stairs
Mosey back with the blocks. Circle up at the flag
