Mosey to the Tennis Court Pavilion.
Find your spot on a picnic table for 30 Step Ups OYO.
To the Tennis Courts for 11s.
Start with 10 Big Boy Sit-ups at one end and 1 Merkin at the other; Crab Walk Down, Mosey Back. You know the drill, rinse and repeat until the totals are reversed.
Mosey back to the wall, where Joker gladly took over the Q, for fear of additional Crab Walks.
Find a spot on the Wall for 10 Incline Merkins and 10 LBCs, then 9/9, 8/8…decreasing until 1/1.
Mosey back to the Pad.
