Warm Up (IC unless noted otherwise):
- SSH x 20
- Through the Tunnel x 10
- V ups
- Arm Circles (forward and back) 10 each
Two groups Dueling Indian Runs to the stairs.
Catch us if you can.
Two PAX pair up in a team. That team finds an opposing team to start ‘the thang’
That thang is: At start point everyone starts with 20 Merkins’ Then you have your classic catch me if you can in teams, during completion of course. When opposing team is caught they drop and do 20 V up’s.
20 Merkins followed by 100 yard run along water to ramp. At Ramp backward Bear Crawls to top of Ramp. After finishing Ramp team does 20 shoulder taps each. Then to Building #1 Run up stairwell and down at bottom proceed to do 20 Squat Jumps. Then to Building #2 Run up stairwell and down then proceed back to starting point and REPEAT.

Always an honor to Q these workouts. I am proud to be part of this group and look forward to the fellowship every workout. We all are getting better each day and not just in the physical sense! Bring someone out and have them fill that void they have been missing, let us not be selfish and keep this solely to ourselves!
