- New Hilton Head AO practice Q and workout Wednesday 5:15am
- Yes Squid, they are Lulu Lemon shorts
- Congrats to Squid, Bartman (Respect), and Cookies (Respect) for going 6 for 6!
-For those in the path of Hurricane Florence
-For those that couldn’t be with us this morning
-For allowing us to get up in the morning to do this
-Stay safe out there!
-Great work by Cookies (Respect), Bartman (Respect), and Squid for 6 days in a row, great work!
-The idea behind todays workout was hatched on Wednesday after discussing the next several workouts with Dabo once Urkel evacuated. I wanted to do something different and and after a week of Q’ing I thought it would be appropriate to allow the PAX to decide. I think the Choose Your Adventure workout ended up going a little better than anticipated (Even if Hard Hat thought I was mailing it in)
-Q’ing for a week straight is a challenge, but that’s what we are out here for. We come to F3 to get out of our comfort zone and get better. There is no growth doing what’s easy. Thank you for making us all better! ISI
Its always a pleasure to lead this group of men!
Chum Bucket Out!
