Warmup:

SSH x 25 IC, TTT x 20 IC, Arm Circles x 15 IC (both ways), Raise the Roof x 15 IC, Imperial Walkers x 20 IC

Mosey around Town Centre

Mosey to my Jeep and grab 6 bike tubes and head to the field and partner up.

Thang:

Partner Pyrmaid of Burpees.  1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.  Rest while the other partner is performing the rep. Partner 1 does 1 Burpee.  Partner 2 does 2 Burpees. Partner 1 does 3 burpees.  Partner 2 does 4 Burpees and so on up to 10 and back down to 1.  A total of 50 each

Grab the tubes and head to Main Street for a resistance run.

25 Squats at 4 way stop and switch the tubes up.  25 Squats at 278 and switch the tubes up.  25 Squats at the 4 way stop and switch the tubes up.  25 Squats at the fountains….back to the field

Partner Pyrmaid of Merkins.  1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.  Rest while the other partner is performing the rep. Partner 1 does 1 Merkin.  Partner 2 does 1 Merkins. Partner 1 does 2 Merkins.  Partner 2 does 2 Merkins and so on up to 10 and back down to 1.  A total of 100 each

Grab the tubes and head to Main Street for a resistance run.

20 Lunges at 4 way stop and switch the tubes up.  20 Lunges at 278 and switch the tubes up.  20 Lunges at the 4 way stop and switch the tubes up.  20 Lunges at the fountains….back to the field.

Partner Pyrmaid of Bigboys.  1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.  Rest while the other partner is performing the rep. Partner 1 does 1 Bigboy.  Partner 2 does 1 Bigboy. Partner 1 does 2 Bigboys.  Partner 2 does 2 Bigboys and so on up to 15 and back down to 1.  A total of 225 each.  Taking way too long…called an audible.

Grab the tubes and head to Main Street for a resistance run.

20 Overhead claps at 4 way stop and switch the tubes up.  20 Overhead claps at 278 and switch the tubes up.  20 Overhead Claps at the 4 way stop and switch the tubes up.  20 Overhead Claps at the fountains….to the flag
