Warm Up (IC unless noted otherwise):
- SSH x 30
- Imperial Walker x 15
- Through the Tunnel x 15
- Arm Circles (forward and back) 10 each
Grab some blocks and Mosey to Outside Hilton Head
On the way: 20 Block Bench presses 20 Block Dips
Partner up and grab two Kayaks move said kayaks to the front parking lot. Return
Grab Paddle boards and take them to the front then return.
Mount up on a bike and speed your way to the front parking lot. Return.
Grab your block and head back toward home base.
Stop 1: Flutters – 20 (IC)
Stop 2 at the fountain: 10 Bench presses, 20 Flutters (IC)
Take the blocks back then head to the playground.
5 pull ups then a full lap
5 pull ups and head to the flag
