P200 has 5 teams. 4 full and one ultra. There are three alternates. Make a push to those guys on the fence and let’s get one more team before it sells out.

  1. Q failure: If you are going to lead an exercise, make sure you can finish said exercise.
  2. Simpson is back folks.
  3. Talk to any runner, triathlete, soccer player, swimmer etc…. Core strength is more important than anything else. If you are running the P200, do not quit on the bootcamps. You will regret it.
  4. Gambit does not like v-ups. We get it.
  5. 12-Gauge and Whip left nothing on the block. Good work.
