Air Squats x 20 IC

IW x 15 IC

Mosey to Bridge lunge walk across

Mosey to Dubois Park

Thang: 4 Corners:

Split into 4 groups

Corner 1 does Squats

Corner 2 does Merkins

Corner 3 does Big Boys

Corner 4 does 10 Burpees

All corners go get to work and Corner 4 will do 10 Burpees and go relieve Corner 1 and so on.  We got 2 loops in.

Line up for an Indian Run lead by Swanson to the Flag.
