PAX took a short mosey around the park back to the field and partnered up for a Bear Crawl 1-2-3. Partner not doing exercise did approx 40yd Bear Crawl. Exercises were:

PAX took a short mosey to playground to meet Cindy (a Murph w/out the run) for 20 minutes.

Pax ran .5 mi Indian Run around the Kroger complex back to the flag for Mary

1 : 4 ration of BB’s and Am Hammer’s ( 4ct IC) up to 5 :10 with 5 Merkins in between each set.

Prayers for family who lost son to suicide.
Pretty light on mumble chatter until discussion began on proper technique to spot squats (see Squid and Hard Hat for demonstration…involved cupping?).
It was a small group relative to past Sat workout’s but the energy was great with grumbling limited to something about 4ct Am Hammers during Mary.
JV seemed unfazed by a week in the fartsack and in Charlotte at the Metallica concert.
Score of the Hard Hat v Spaghetti-O soccer teams is unknown at this time.
