PAX: Spaulding, Hardhat, Chumbucket, Shingles, Hermanos, Crabcake, Snookie, Big Easy, NeNe

Conditions: Low 70’s low humidity

Warmup:

  • SSH x 15 IC
  • TTT x 10 IC
  • ACF x 10 IC
  • ACB x 10 IC
  • Demonstration of a perfect Burpee by Hermanos
  • 1 Burpee

The Thang:

  • Run 1 minute
  • 20 Burpee’s
  • Run 1 minute
  • 2 Burpee’s
  • Run 1 minute
  • 19 Burpee’s
  • Run 1 minute
  • 3 Burpee’s
  • You get the idea….
  • Finish at the pad with 10 burpee’s
  • 45 minutes, apx 2.5 miles and apx 210 burpee’s

  • Shout out to Spaulding and Hardhat who ran 3 miles or so before the workout and then added another 2.5….
