Burpee practice

PAX:  Ambien, Brutus, Chumbucket, Cookies (Respect), Diapers, Go Daddy, Goose (Double Respect), Hard Hat, JV, Meat Gazer, Mini Van, Ne Ne, Goat (FNG), Spaghetti-O, Spaulding, Spiccoli, Squid, Sub-Prime, Bartman (QIC)

Conditions:  A cool 40 with a nice breeze.  Just warm enough for Go Daddy.

Warm-up:  

SSS x 30

Burpees x 10

Thang:

Mosey, burpees x 10, repeat 15ish times with 20 air-presses mixed in for good measure.

3+ miles and 150+ burpees

1 MOM:
