SSH x 25 IC

TTT x 10 IC

Imperial Walkers x 15

Arm Circles x 15 IC (forward and backward)

Mosey the long way to the student parking ot

 

Thang:

The Snake (I just made that up)

-PAX start at one end of the parking lot with 10 Burpees

-Bear Crawl to crosswalk at end of short row

-50 Squats

-Backward run to end or row

-50 BBS

-Sprint to end of next row

-50 Mountain Climbers

-Sprint to end of next row

-50 Side lunges per leg

-Sprint to end of next row

-50 Merkins

-Sprint to end of next row

-50 Dry Docks

-Sprint to end of next row

-50 LBC’s

-Sprint to School Enterance

-50 Lunges per leg

-Bear crawling on an old asphalt parking lot is not a crowd pleaser.

-Mumblechatter was at a minimum due to all of the counting involved (and the absence of Hardhat)

-It was good to have Shingles back in the gloom. Great push to get 2 miles!
