Mosey to Garage:
Reverse BLIMPS, each circuit has each exercise on each of the 4 floors of the parking garage. After top, take stairs back to first floor. Starting at bottom floor, do the following on all floors:
Circuit 1: 30 squats
Circuit 2: 25 plank jacks
Circuit 3: 20 merkins
Circuit 4: 15 imperial walkers
Circuit 5: 10 lunges (each leg)
Circuit 6: 5 Burpees
Mosey back to circle
30 flutters (keep them legs straight!)
- F3/FIA Family Fun 5K Jingle Bell Run Christmas Eve morning at 9:00 am at Jarvis Creek. Bring the whole family: cooler of beer, mimosas, and fun for all!
- P200 in 90 days. Let that sink in.

- QIC keeps realizing that these workouts look really good on paper but often fights back the merlot at the end.
- Burpees are the starting exercise in BLIMPS for a reason; much harder at the end
