Moleskin:

  • It was fantastic to see Kiffin this morning. He got in 2.5 miles and then continued on to run more after the workout.
  • Yo-Yo will be resigning his position as the oldest 12 year old in Bluffton when he turns 13 on Sunday.
  • ONE WORD: Resolutions tend to get neglected and forgotten, so several HIM around F3 Nation are selecting one word to serve as the theme for their year. For 2019, my word is Proactive.
  • Goal Review:
    • In 2018 I want to (My goals I set last year- Found here):
      • Post to all 5 Lowcountry AO’s in 5 consecutive days
        • Make that all 6 AO’s in 6 consecutive days
      • Run a half marathon
        • Make that Ruck more that a half marathon (15 miles)
      • A 5K under 25 minutes
        • Not even close – got to work on my running
      • Break 27 consecutive posts (I’ve gotten to 27 three times since 38, but never 28)
        • This one continues to elude me, especially as my Scoutmaster duties have me camping regularly
      • Do a Ruck event with my “other brothers” in Anderson
        • Go Ruck Hard Hitter Tough with Charlotte’s Web
      • 218 posts in 2018
        • Made it to 196 posts. Fall was very difficult
    • Also in 2018 (Also accomplished)
      • Brought the total number of AO’s where I have posted to 19
      • Added Orlando, Hampton Roads, and Coastal Empire to the Regions with which I have posted
      • Completed Pathfinder Forward – Introductory Ruck Training Program
      • Built my own personal shovel flag for Qing or Rucking
    • In 2019 I want to:
      • Host a special event (including Rucks) in Bluffton
      • Post >= 200 times
      • Complete Pathfinder Endure – Intermediate Ruck Training Program
      • Bring my AO total to 25
      • Do 2 Go Ruck Tough Events
      • Run a 5K with both Yo-Yo Ma and Cher
      • Build a F3 Lowcountry “Holiday Flag” for special workouts and occasions
