-PAX mosey back to the paved path and continue back and forth all the way down until 1 rep of each exercise is completed.
-PAX get a quick lesson / refresher on the 5 core principles of F3 after exercises x 5 reps.
-SSH x 50 IC to stay warm
-PAX take two loops around the short path and stop at the basketball court for:
At the basketball court, Buckeye goes completely off the Weinke script, which does not happen often.
-PAX spend 20 minutes performing down and backs and suicides of various exercises – Broad Jump Burpee, Bear Crawl, or Bear Run if your Yo-Yo Ma, Crab Walk, or Crab Sprint if your Ball Cock, and Imperial Walkers with mountain climbers, tempo merkins, monkey humpers, smurf jacks, and Duke Sucks Bobby Hurley’s mixed in.
-At 59 minutes, PAX are strewn about the court with some crawling on all fours striving for the next line. YHC circles the group up at mid-court for:
