Mosey to Lawrence and Boundary Street and count off in groups 1,2,3,4
The Thang:

Four Corners

Corner 1 Burpees x 10 then run to corner 2

Corner 2 LBC Max out run to corner 3

Corner 3 Lunges Max out run to corner 4

Corner 4 Squat Max out run to corner 1

3 rounds

Group back up at Corner 1 for Mt. Climbers x 20 IC

Indian Run back to Flag for Mary
