    • Stop 3 x 10 overhead clap
    • Stop 4 x 10 squat air press
  • 5 laps in Mystery Q calls a verbal and a 10 count ACF / ACB break
  • 10 laps total
  • Round 2
    • Stop 1 x 10 curls
    • Stop 2 x 10 triceps
    • Stop 3 x 10 front delt raise
    • Stop 4 x 10 squat air press
