Mosey around apartments/parking garage and back to fountain for Sweet 16 Circuit:
Four stations around Shelter Cove:
Station 1 – Lunge walk
Station 2 – Pull ups on bike racks behind stage
Station 3 – 4 x 4s
Station 4 – Pull ups in playground
Pax were split into four groups and instructed to visit each of the 4 stations in succession starting with the one they are assigned to. The number of reps were as follows:
Lap 1: 16 of each exercise at all stations
Lap 2: 12 of each exercise at all stations
Lap 1: 8 of each exercise at all stations
Lap 1: 4 of each exercise at all stations

COT/BOM: Some prayers among the pax. Collect P200 funds: almost to goal! Beer Mile on Friday to benefit Michael J Fox’s Parkinson’s Foundation.
-Shovel flags need to be made of fiberglass, not wood. Tried to jump on shovel second time and it snapped.
