Time was called when most PAX made it through Lunges with a couple groups making it throughout OHP. Second round lunges were modified to 30 ea leg for YHC ability to walk later in the day.

I’m amazed at what this group of men accomplishes when we pull together despite all our warts. We are blessed to to have so many talents as a whole and to know that by ourselves we could never be the HIMen that we are called to be. With that in mind – call your brothers who haven’t been out in a while or some new guys and get em in the EH to join us. They need it just as bad as we do.
