Mosey around Kroger and down main street to parking lot between French Bakery and Belk for the Shelter Cove Snake:
Start at end of parking lot with 21 reps of both merkins and BBS. Run down the row of parking and back the adjacent row. Stop and do 19 reps of each. Keep snaking around parking lot all, decreasing reps by 2 each time all the the way to WOB. End up next to WOB with 1 rep of each. Plank up for the six.
Now, reverse and snake around parking lot in the other direction back to where we started with ascending count of lunges and plank jacks. Because of time, started at 1 and increased reps by 4 each time and space out running by going down and up every other row of parking lot. End up behind Belk with 21 reps of each. Plank up for the six.

Prayers: Cookies as he looks for new job, Brutus increased work load, Ambien’s son preparing for wedding next year, unspoken prayers too.
Moleskine: Leading this group of men is one of the highlights of every month for me. Sign up and take the Q, you won’t be disappointed. Asphalt is very abrasive and the smiley face on my back says so. Can’t wait for my Q next month.
