Weather:  64 Degrees and Dark.

On Deck:  Hardhat (QIC), Spaulding, Spaghetti’o, Cardinal, Goose (Respect X2), Shark Nado, Gilligan (FNG), Benetton, Na Na, Tramp Stamp, Singlet, Ambien, Schnitzel (Respect), Hermanos, Musk, Goat, Brutus.

Warm Up: 20 SSH, 15 TTT, 15 Arm Circles Forward, 14 Arm Circles Reverse (Brain Fart), 15 Hillbillies, 10 Merkins, 15 Air Presses.

The Thang:  We ran the complex circuit which is one mile.  We stopped at 4 locations evenly spaced with the first stop consisting of 10 burpees.  Second stop consisted of 10 burpees and 20 groiners.  The third stop consisted of 10 burpees, 20 groiners and 30 Lbc’s.  The fourth stop consisted of 10 burpees, 20 groiners, 30 Lbc’s and 40 squats.

We then ran the circuit again and reversed the order of stops and exercises.  Total of 2 miles ran.

Glad to be back leading these men.  I took a version of this workout from Peaches who introduced it not to long ago in Bluffton.  Sorry to keep this short but Southern Charm is on!
