Flip over, Flip over again

With no one stepping up to the plate on Sunday night, I took it upon myself to pick up the shovel flag and lead what ever group of men showed up the next morning.

5:15am – Wheels up on a morning of fun.

Welcomed Everyone and with no FNGs, we started.

Disclaimer – I’m a fat middle aged guy that has difficulty with everything, if I can do it, so can you. Push and encourage the man next to you. Don’t hurt yourself.

Warm Up – IC unless otherwise stated

SSH x 15
LAC x 10 (each way)
TTT x 10

Equals 35 Reps

Reverse lap to the basketball courts and circle up.

The Thang– 1000 Rep Challenge

50 x OYO (Repeat)

  1. Merkins
  2. Big Boy Sit UPS
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. LBCs
  5. Dips
  6. Lungs
  7. Alternating Shoulder Taps
  8. SSH
  9. Monkey Humpers
  10. Lap around the Track

Equals 900 Reps

Mary – Each PAX calls out the exercise for 10 reps x 14

Equals 140 Reps

In 45 minutes as a group we did 1,075 reps and ran 1 mile! (I didn’t even need Urkel to help count.)

Announcements – Check presentation on June 19th at the MOB. We have all worked so hard over the past few months, everyone should attend to show support.

COT – Unanswered and Hair Clog’s employee’s son.

Moleskin – Starting our morning I gave the PAX the option to chose their workout… Workout A or B, Gambit didn’t like that idea and said a few choice words, so I continued with my plan. The first few exercises everyone was thinking that this would be a piece of cake, they were sorely disappointed. After Buckeye’s Super21 on Saturday, I wanted to bring the same amount of pain and suffering to everyone on Monday morning. During Mary, the constant flipping for exercises caused a lot of mumble chatter about what happens on a Saturday night with the M.

It was a pleasure working out with this group of men.
