Warm-up (IC unless otherwise stated): SSH x 25, TTT x 15, HB x 20, Arm circles x 10 ea direction, 5 Pull Ups, Lap around Full 1/2 parking lot, 5 pull ups.

No One had signed up for the Q when i arrived. I already had this workout planned for Wednesday, so figured i would give it a test ride at the Buck and work out any short falls, the only one being: Time. It was a tough workout, but there was no quit in the men today. I gave everyone homework to either finish the workout, or show up Wednesday to try again. Great to have Simpson back out in the Gloom.

 

There is no reason the Q sheet should be empty….it is a privilege to have the ability to be out in the gloom. Don’t take it for granted.
