The Thang:

  • Mosey to the corner of Pritchard and Bridge
  • 30 Merkins OYO
  • Mosey to the corner of Bridge and Boundary
  • 30 Lunges (15 each leg) OYO
  • Mosey to the corner of Boundary and Bruin
  • 30 BBSU OYO
  • Mosey to the corner of Bruin and Pritchard
  • 30 Squats OYO
  • Mosey to the basketball court (at this point the Q is falling significantly behind)

If you can’t mosey anymore, it is time to jailbreak!

  • Line up on the baseline of the basketball court
  • Run a suicide AYG
  • 60 sec Wallsit
  • BTTW 30 sec
  • Run a suicide AYG
  • 45 sec Wallsit
  • BTTW 30 sec
  • Run a suicide AYG
  • 30 sec Wallsit
  • BTTW 30 sec
  • Line up on the track for a 1 lap Indian run
  • About 40% of the way the Q tweaks an ankle and walks back to the playground

Warm-Up

  • Line up on the sidewalk facing the fence
  • Lunge walk to the fence
  • Return to the sidewalk by any means you like (Awesome bear crawl Buckeye)
  • Circle up
