-Week 2 challenge was absolutely brutal. Just finishing w/n 1-hour was an accomplishment.
-Meatloaf Massacre Rep Count:
- 2.5 miles
- 40 Manmakers (Block Burpee)
- 80 Overhead Block Presses
- 120 Block Swings
- 160 Block Squats
- 200 Block Merkins
-Humbling, an ego check, and complete ass kicking. Clearly YHC does not do enough weight training.
-Everybody finished and EVERYBODY got better.
-T-Claps to Peaches for the setup and ensuring the PAX were well supplied with blocks. Two blocks were casualties.
-Times ranged from 46:37 to 59:10 with 12 Gauge crushing it and YHC finishing #DFL. #dryheaves
-This was less about time and more about just finishing. A true you vs. you test.
-There was “Correction” on lack of form at times by the PAX.
-Outstanding work by all! #ISI
