SSH x 25 IC

TTT x 15 IC

LBAC x 15 IC and backwards x 15 IC

5 pullups

Mosey the long loop around the parking lot

5 pullups

The Thang:

Start at the first street light on the right, 1 burpee, mosey to the next street light, 2 burpees, … 10th street light 10 burpees, YHC was planning on continuing the progression but thought better of it…next street light 10 burpees, next street light, 9 burpees, … last street light 1 burpee.

5 pullups

Mosey to the front of the school.  Merkin Pinwheel. left hand and left foot on the curb right hand and foot on the ground 10 merkins, rotate counter clockwise both hands on curb and feet on ground, 10 inclined merkins, rotate 10 merkins, rotate 10 derkins.  Rinse and repeat rotating clockwise for a total of 80.

Mosey to the wall, 50 dips, 40 stet ups (20 each leg), 30 Derkins, 20 inclined merkins, 10 burpees
