Mosey around Kroger and down Main Street to parking lot between French Bakery and Belk for the Shelter Cove Turkey:
FIRST COURSE: Merkins and V-Ups 21s
Starting behind Belk, snake around parking lot winding all the way to WOB. Start with 21 reps of each exercise and at end of every other parking row, decrease reps by 2 each time. Should end up next to WOB with 1 rep of each. Plank up for the six.
Mosey to Veteran’s park
SECOND COURSE: The Ladder.
Do the following in order of: 1; then 1 – 2; then 1 – 3; then 1 – 4; then 1 – 5; then 1 – 6; then 1 – 7; and finally 1 – 8. Once you reach the end, start back down the ladder, i.e., 1-8, then 1-7, etc (this part is wishful thinking).
- 10 burpees
- 25 BBS
- Short run – Run around path at Veteran’s park
- 25 dips on wall
- 25 squats
- Long run – Run around path at Veteran’s park, then down street to garage, run all the way to top, take stairs down and return to Memorial Park
- 25 merkins
- 25 lunges
Since we ran out of time, Pax were spared #1-7 and 1-8 above. #6 Long run took pax all the way back to the flag.
Almost 4 miles later, Done.

Moleskin: Q reminded all Pax that we often don’t realize how blessed we are and how thankful we should all be. Let’s all keep that in mind this Thanksgiving Day and every day and use that knowledge to be better men, citizens, neighbors, coworkers, etc.
