-Saw the official trailer for Maverick the night before. Jumped on the empty Q sheet at 10pm remembering Buckeye had a workout in place. Thanks Buckeye!
-Had to shorten the reps on Goose to get the workout in 45 min
-6 of the 9 PAX live in Palmetto Hall……where are the rest PAX from the island
-Those Kraklin Burpees are no joke….definitely need the rest between the 3 reps
