Warm-Up:

  • SSH IC x 46 (1 for every pound YHC has lost this year)

  • LBAC IC x 15 forward, x 15 backward
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • Plank up in the parking lot

The Thang:

  • Mosey halfway to the circle
  • 21 = 2 Burpees
  • Mosey almost to the circle
  • 22 = 4 Double Merkin Burpees
  • Mosey to the wall
  • 23 = 8 Derkins
  • 24 = 16 Dips
  • Mosey halfway to the end of the parking lot
  • 25 = 32 Squats
  • Mosey to the grass by the tennis courts
  • 26 = 64 LBC’s
  • Mosey around the bus loop to the awning
  • 27 = 128 Calf-raises
    • Level 1 – supported by the pole
    • Level 2 – on level ground
    • Level 3 – Toes on the curb, heels in the air (most PAX chose this)
  • Mosey to the back to the parking lot
  • 64 Merkins
  • Mosey a lap around the near side of the parking lot
  • 64 Merkins
  • Mosey a lap around the near side of the parking lot

Announcements:

  • Lots of new shirts on display. Mostly The Rake shirts with YHC featuring a The Gloom Belongs to Us shirt
  • Diapers is launching a new AO with F3 Coastal Empire on Saturday. Plans for a clown car or 3 are in the works.
  • As cases start to move upward, lets all be smart so that we don’t lose the ability to meet together again.

Moleskin:

  • 24 = 16 PAX came out on the 24 = 16th day of the month to embrace the powers of 2.
  • 28 = 256 Merkins were a real crowd-pleaser. YHC chose to break it up into 4 sets to get some more running in and give our arms a break
    • Remember: when your body says you are done, you still have a lot left in the tank!
    • YHC has encountered a few situations this year when I didn’t know if I would be able to do it, but looking back it wasn’t as bad as I feared.
    • Flea – “How do you eat a turd? . . . One bite at a time.”
  • 21 + 22 + 23 + 25 = 46 pounds down and feeling great!
  • 2 = The amount of joy that this groups brings to me. Thanks for the chance to lead!
