1 year since I started coming to F3, Invited by Conroy, Ready Mix, and Mr. Miyagi. I pick on them about the running but they constantly inviting me till I showed up. Turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you to the three of you for the push.

Main Thing: 1 mile run with 4 stops at different points

1st Stop: 3 exercises, 6 rounds each and 5 reps
Side lungs: x 5 each leg
Rotation Merkins: x 5 each side
Toe Touch LBC’s: x 5
Rinse and Repeat x 6

2nd Stop: 3 exercises, 6 rounds and 5 reps
Merkins: x 5
Burpees: x 5
Lunges: x 5 each leg
Rinse and Repeat x 6

3rd Stop: 3 exercises, 6 rounds and 5 reps
American Hammers: x 5 counting only on side
Walk Out Merkins: x 5
Mountain Climbers: x 5 on a 4 count
Rinse and Repeat x 6

4th Stop: 3 exercises, 6 rounds and 5 reps
Single Leg Glute Bridge (Pickle Pointers): x 5 each leg
Spiderman Plank Crunch: x 5 only count one side
Freddie Mercury: x 5 on the 4 count
Rinse and Repeat x 6
