After Taking a week off in FL YHC always takes the Q to Jump Start things back to Reality and there is nothing better than Burpees and Running to do so.

PAX: Big Spur, Buckeye, Stones, Cowbell, Ray, Lombardi (Respect), Spaulding (Respect), Cable Guy (Respect), Sawed Off, Wetwipes, Peaches (QIC)

Conditions: 76 with 95% humidity. Textbook Steam box.

SSH x 10 IC

TTT x 10 IC

AC x 10 IC Forward/Reverse

Mosey to Corner of Bridge/Prichard

Thang: Run 5K route in Reverse stopping at each corner and adding 1 Burpee to the previous count.

Total Stops 14 (105 Burpees), Total Mileage 3.1

-Sawed off was like a school girl during a Jailbreak, he ran up behind me giggling, said I smelled good then ran off.

-Ray and Wetwipes Jailbreaks were on point this am.

-Cable Guy hasn’t an ounce of Quit in him, or an ounce of complaining.  Solid Push Sir!

-Buckeye gave YHC the Death Stare when asked to count the last 14 Burpees IC, Thanks Buckeye I didn’t have it in me.

-I think I heard Lombardi Laughing at the workout this am, he crushed it. #Quadizza
