THE THANG: Tire Check
Pair up and grab a tire. Partner 1 flips tire while partner 2 runs 1/4 bus loop and does following exercises:
25 Big Boys, 25 squats, 25 Calf Raises once complete run back to partner 1 if they have not caught up
Partner 2 now flips tire while partner 1 runs 1/4 of bus loop and does exercises
Rinse and Repeat until tire has been flipped entire bus loop.
Pick up 6 for an Indian tire flip with lunges.
While last tire is being rolled back to grass PAX complete
25 dips, 20 incline merkins, 25 calf raises x 2 sets each exercise
Mosey to Wall for 30 dips, 20 inclines, 3 Burpees
Mosey Back to pad
20 Back Scrathers IC
25 Big Boys OYO
10 Dirty Dogs IC each leg

The use of tires was a crowd pleaser this morning. The looks YHC received when I gave instructions for The Thang are the same looks my kids give me often.
Swanson learned less complaining and more focus makes your day a little easier. Always be first in line for tires.
