Slithering around the Brig

Date:  July 29, 2020

Conditions:  Clear, dark, and humid.  Perfect for a good workout and lots of sweat.

Pax:  Brutus, Schnitzel (respect), Airwolf (visitor – welcome), Minivan (respect), Spaulding (respect), Ambien QIC (VQ at the Brig!).

Warmup

½ Motivator

1 burpee

10 TTT

1 burpee

15 IW

1 burpee

10 AC (forward)

1 burpee

10 AC (backward)

1 burpee

Go for a Mosey and stop at 5 locations for:

  • 10/10/10 – merkins/Big Boys/Squats
  • 15/15/15 – merkins/Big Boys/Squats
  • 20/20/20 – merkins/Big Boys/Squats
  • 15/15/15 – merkins/Big Boys/Squats
  • 10/10/10 – merkins/Big Boys/Squats

End up at HHIHS parking lot for the Snake:

Snake around parking lot from Middle school side going toward auditorium.  At the top of each row, perform both exercises before moseying to the next spot:  Hand release merkins and LBCs. Start at 21 reps of each and decrease reps by 2 at each successive stop. Should end up next to auditorium with 3 reps of each.  Plank up for the six.

Mosey back to flag for Mary

Done.

Final Count:  191 merkins, 121 LBCs, 70 Big Boys, 70 Squats, and 2.83 miles of movement.  Great push by all!
