Team training

Weather: 80’s humid, small breeze

PAX: MiniVan (Q), Spaulding, Nae Nae, Chumbucket, Singlet, Brutus, Doggie Paddle (Visitor), Deep Dish (visitor)

  • Warmup:
    • TTT, ACF, ACB X10 IC
    • Short mosey – IW x 10 IC (may have mistaken hillbilies for IW)
    • Short mosey to pick up Brutus – HB X 10 IC
  • Split into 2 teams
    • Team 1: Spaulding, Singlet, Deep Dish & Brutus
    • Team 2: MiniVan, Chumbucket, Nae Nae & Doggie Paddle
  • The Thang:
    • Team competition. Once your team hits the cumulative total reps, team runs 1/2 lap to flip tire towards other teams base. Each team has their own tire. round stops once both teams have reached their “tire”
    • Round 1 – 100 Burpees
    • Round 2 – 200 BBSU
    • Round 3 – 300 Merkins
      • Team 2 gets tire into team 1 base
        • Team 1- 1/2 set of Motivators while Team 2 planks
    • Round 4 – 400 V-Ups
    • Round 5 – 500 Groiners
    • Round 6 – 600 Mountain Climbers (single count)
    • Round 7 – 700 Plank Jacks
    • Round 8 – 800 Squats
    • Round 9 – 900 SSH
      • Team 2 gets tire into team 1 base
      • Team 1 planks while team 2 does 10 leg lunges
    • Round 10 – 1000 Flutters
    • Walk like an Egyptian Indian walk/ tire flip back to return tires to truck
  • Mary – Backscratchers x 20 IC, Stargazers for 5sec
  • COR/NOR
  • Announcements: 2nd F @ TBA, Thursday 5pm. Olympax, Saturday August 15th 6:30am Beaufort Middle School
  • Prayers/ Praises: Hurricane/ Tropical storm coming this was / F3 in general/ Unspoken
  • Moleskine: Team 1 consistently beat team 2, but team 2 came through with 2 strong rounds to wins 2-0. Nae Nae mistakenly thought he heard this morning was going to be fun, We found out that Doggie Paddle actually talks more then Nae Nae for 45minutes (His reps couldn’t keep up), Several 10-counts turned into 20 counts and attempted 30 counts, Chumbucket pulled a Walker and said his reps were done (Then he got back after it) Doggie Paddle held back during the workout to be the first to the shovel flag. Consistent communication for Team 2 rep count “100, 104, 99 & 53) you figure than 1 out…
